What is Comedy:- Comedy means a talent which makes laugh.

What is Comedian:- Comedian means a person who creates humor by there jokes or observation. You cant say that Govinda, Paresh Rawal, Mehmood, Kishore Kumar, Anupam kher or Kader Khan as a comedian because they are actors, They are making humor from script. You have seen this thread, In this thread you have seen name of Johny Lever, Shakti Kapoor, Shekhar Suman and Javed Jaffrey. These guys are comedians because they have created humor by there own jokes and observation. In a show named "Johny Ala re", Johny Lever had made jokes and gags by there own. Shakti Kapoor Had performed in Laughter Challenge once, He had performed many other times in stage when he was young. Shekhar Suman had run a show named "Simply Shekhars" Which was aired between 2 - 3 years, He had entertained on it by there own jokes and gags. Javed Jaffrey is still running a show named "Boogie Woogie" on Sony, He is entertaining in "Boogie Woogie" like 11 years with his brother Naved and friend Ravi. These guys have good experience with comedy thats why they are switched to Experienced Comedians.

Laughter Artist:- Laughter Artist means an Artist who is famous for giving Laugh. In another words it is Comedian.
